Shipping
Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery information are shown during checkout when Shopify and the available carrier data can calculate them for the destination and items in your order.
Order changes
If you need to request a change after ordering, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Whether a change is possible depends on the order’s current processing status.
Returns and refunds
Before sending an item back, contact us with your order number and the reason for the request. We will confirm the applicable eligibility and next steps for that specific order. Do not ship a return without receiving instructions first.
Damaged, incorrect or missing item
Contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label where relevant.
