Ring Size Guide

Ring fit depends on the finger, band width, temperature and even time of day. Use this guide as a practical starting point and verify your size before ordering where possible.

Method 1 — measure a ring you already wear

  1. Choose a ring that fits the intended finger well.
  2. Measure the inside diameter straight across the centre in millimetres.
  3. Compare that measurement with the size options shown on the NISO product page.

Method 2 — measure your finger

  1. Wrap a narrow strip of paper around the base of the finger without pulling it tight.
  2. Mark where the ends meet.
  3. Measure that length in millimetres. This is the approximate finger circumference.
  4. Repeat two or three times for consistency.

For a better fit

  • Measure later in the day when fingers are not unusually cold.
  • For wider bands, a slightly roomier fit can feel more comfortable.
  • If you sit between two sizes, check the specific product construction before choosing.
