Ring fit depends on the finger, band width, temperature and even time of day. Use this guide as a practical starting point and verify your size before ordering where possible.
Method 1 — measure a ring you already wear
- Choose a ring that fits the intended finger well.
- Measure the inside diameter straight across the centre in millimetres.
- Compare that measurement with the size options shown on the NISO product page.
Method 2 — measure your finger
- Wrap a narrow strip of paper around the base of the finger without pulling it tight.
- Mark where the ends meet.
- Measure that length in millimetres. This is the approximate finger circumference.
- Repeat two or three times for consistency.
For a better fit
- Measure later in the day when fingers are not unusually cold.
- For wider bands, a slightly roomier fit can feel more comfortable.
- If you sit between two sizes, check the specific product construction before choosing.
